I accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), and Zelle.

I work exclusively with women. In some cases, a husband may be included as an add on when it supports the womanās health, home rhythms, or shared lifestyle goals. I do not offer coaching for men as individual clients.
-
A fertility specialist, such as a reproductive endocrinologist, is a licensed medical doctor who diagnoses and treats medical conditions related to fertility. A registered dietitian is also a licensed healthcare professional who can provide medical nutrition therapy and treat specific medical conditions.
I am a Certified Nutritionist through the American Fitness Professionals & Associates. This means I have completed formal education and training to earn my certification. I am not a licensed physician or dietitian, and I do not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions.
My role is to provide education, guidance, and personalized lifestyle support within the scope of holistic nutrition and health coaching. I focus on preventative health, habit formation, hormone support, and preparing the body for pregnancy through nutrition and lifestyle practices.

A holistic health coach supports you in turning your health goals into practical, sustainable action steps. Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, I look at the whole person, including nutrition, lifestyle, stress, sleep, movement, and daily rhythms.
Together, we identify patterns, build foundational habits, and create a personalized plan that supports your body and your season of life.
-
Yes. While I specialize in pregnancy preparation and hormone balance, I work with any woman who desires to improve her overall health, restore natural energy, balance her hormones, and live a more intentional life.
-
No. Lab work is not required before starting coaching.
If you choose to have lab testing done at any point, we can review the results together for educational purposes. However, I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions.
-
Ideally, preparation begins at least six months before trying to conceive. This allows time to build nutrient stores, improve egg health, regulate cycles, and strengthen overall wellness.
Preparing for pregnancy is similar to training for a marathon. The more intentional preparation you allow beforehand, the more supported your body may feel during pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Ultimately, the timeline is your decision, but earlier preparation gives your body space to adjust and thrive.
-
Yes. If you are still menstruating regularly, pregnancy is still possible.
At 35 and beyond, it becomes especially important to support egg quality, nutrient stores, hormone balance, and overall wellness. While I cannot guarantee pregnancy or specific outcomes, I can guide and support you in creating the healthiest foundation possible for your body.
-
No. I am privately owned and operate within preventative and holistic health, which is not typically covered by insurance.
-
At this time, all sessions are conducted virtually.
-
No. I do not typically require calorie or macronutrient tracking. Standardized formulas do not always account for individual hormonal health, lifestyle, or metabolic differences.
My approach focuses on teaching you how to nourish your body in a way that restores hunger and fullness cues naturally. In rare cases, short term tracking may be suggested for awareness or baseline understanding.
-
To protect the integrity of my business, I do not currently offer payment plans. All packages must be paid in full prior to the first session.
-
Your time and commitment to your health matter deeply, and so does the time reserved for your session.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in that session being deducted from your current package. This includes no shows.
If notice is given outside of the 24 hour window, I am always happy to reschedule. I understand that life happens, and I encourage you to reach out as soon as possible if something unexpected arises.

For example, if your current package is $800 and you would like to upgrade to a $1,520 package, you would pay $792.

At this time, I only work with clients located within the United States.
-
I currently only continue working with established clients who become pregnant during their package. I do not take on new clients who are already pregnant.
-
That is absolutely fine. Many clients work alongside their medical providers while receiving coaching support.
My role is not to replace your doctor, but to complement your care with lifestyle, nutrition, and habit guidance within my scope of practice.
